  • Full Time - 8 hour shift (Monday – Friday)

  • Reports to: Care Interiors Manager

Spearhead Healthcare are looking for a Care Interiors Administrator to join our Customer Loyalty Team! In this role, you'll play a vital part in supporting our Care Interiors team by managing key administrative tasks and building strong customer loyalty through exceptional service.

Spearhead is recognised throughout the UK as a leading supplier to healthcare providers, supplying care homes nationally with a comprehensive range of goods and services. The company has been in operation for over 30 years and is very well-established with ambitious plans for growth. The Care Interiors department is a department within the Spearhead sales team, that focus on creating homely interiors for care homes, this is done by designing and specifying furniture that is suitable for the care homes and more importantly the residents. We are based in an attractive and modern Irvine location where everyone supports our core value of ‘Taking Care of Care’.

Role Overview

As a Care Interiors Administrator, you’ll provide essential administrative and operational support to our team, ensuring smooth service delivery and helping to enhance customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include managing quotes, order processing, coordinating deliveries, handling customer after-sales queries, and supporting larger projects with the Care Interiors Manager. Your role will be integral to maintaining our service excellence and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and a willingness to learn and navigate additional software like Sage.
