Gold Service

  • Guaranteed same day despatch of equivalent exchange mattress

  • Exchange mattress fully reconditioned, tested and certified

  • On site exchange available for 5+ mattresses

  • Service exchange deposit - refundable on return of your faulty mattress*

Silver Service

  • Fixed price collection, decontamination and repair, including parts and labour*

  • Fast track priority service

  • Hire mattress available if required at additional fee

Bronze Service

  • Collection, decontamination and repair (labour only)

  • Parts used are chargeable

  • Hire mattress available if required at additional fee

*To qualify for Gold or Silver Service mattresses must be a complete system with base section, top cover and pump present and free from visible damage.

Decontamination

Our OTEX Decontamination system is currently the only certified decontamination system which can be used for the purpose of decontaminating and cleaning pressure care equipment, and has been proven to be the most effective method of removing bacteria and viruses including C.Diff, MRSA and SARS-CoV-2.
