Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and supporting a dynamic sales team? We are looking for an Internal Sales Support Person to join our growing team. In this role, you will be a key player in driving sales success by providing administrative and operational support, gathering insights, and contributing to customer satisfaction.

Role Overview
In this dynamic, multi-tasking role, your primary goal will be to support our customer-facing sales team by maximising their time spent engaging with clients. You'll ensure customers receive prompt and efficient responses to their enquiries, expertly handle a range of sales support tasks, and help foster customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
Order Processing: Ensure all customer orders are accurately processed and completed in a timely manner.
Administrative Support: Handle administrative duties for all team members.
Quote Support: Produce customer quotes, offering varied pricing options and ensuring quick, accurate responses.
Report Gathering & Analysis: Compile, analyse, and present sales statistics, trends, and spend reports to customers and sales team in making informed decisions.
Customer Interaction: Take incoming calls, gather feedback from customers, logging information and addressing any concerns.
Proactive Sales Efforts: Engage in proactive calls to both prospects and existing customers, promoting special offers and increasing business opportunities.
Repair Coordination: Manage the repair of equipment, including arranging engineer visits.
Sales Team Support: Work alongside other team members and support the entire sales team by covering specific tasks during annual leave.
Phone Campaigns: Participate in internal campaigns to drive sales by calling customers with special promotions or updates.
What You Bring
A strong understanding of sales objectives and how to support them through proactive customer engagement.
Excellent Excel skills for statistic gathering and report information.
The ability to analyse trends and provide valuable insights to the sales team.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers and team members alike.
Organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities efficiently.
